Job Description :

* Answer calls professionally

* Research required information using availab resources

* Respond customer inquiries

* Identify and escalate priority issues

* Follow up customer calls where necessary

* Identify and escalate priority issues

* Handle and resolve customer complaints

* Enter customer information

* Route calls appropriate resource

* Complete call logs and produce call reports

* Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions

* Stay current kWh system information, changes and updates

* Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

Skills & Personal Attributes :

* Working knowledge in MS – Excel

* Hardware or networking knowledge will be preferred

* One year or more experience in a call center environment

* Customer service experience

* Fluency in spoken Hindi, English and other Regional languages (Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu) will be preferred

* Knowledge of call center telephony and technology

* Good data entry / keyboard skills
